Damon Jones will not be charged in the investigation of an Arizona woman's claim that he committed a sexual offense against her, according to the AP. "Barring any new information, our investigation is closed with no charges," Westlake police Capt. Guy Turner said Wednesday.

According to the AP, Damon Jones has been interviewed by police investigating a possible sexual offense. When the investigation is over I feel like I will be vindicated of all charges, Jones said. Until the investigation is over I will not be making any more public statements because I don't want to put the Westlake police's investigation in any jeopardy at all."
