The Contra Costa Times reports that Baron Davis will be a game-time call this evening. He continues to recover from a strained rib cage muscle, and he may well be limited if he is able to play. As usual, if Davis ever gets healthy, you should try trading him before he gets hurt again.

Baron Davis said yesterday that he would "probably not" be available for tonight's game, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Davis is recovering from a strained rib muscle. "It's one of those things that you don't want to come back, have it irritate you and sit out two more games," Davis said. "I think the best thing is to let it heal, let it rest."

The Warriors consider Baron Davis to be doubtful for tonight's game, according to the Contra Costa Times. After returning to action Wednesday, Davis was unable to play through his strained rib muscle on Friday. Coach Don Nelson said that Davis was only about 60-70 percent healthy, so it looks like the oft-injured guard could be out a while longer.

Baron Davis did not make the trip to Denver for Friday’s game due to a strained muscle in his ribs and is expected to miss a couple of games, according to the AP. Davis tried to play through the injury and was able to take the floor for 34 minutes Wednesday against Denver, but was hindered by the injury. It is uncertain when Davis might return to the court.
