Hes expected to miss about six weeks, which would keep him out all of training camp, which begins Tuesday

It should take him a bit to get his legs under him, but he isn't likely to have any steady fantasy value down the stretch, regardless.

Chucky Atkins, absent from active duty since having sports hernia surgery Jan. 11, told the Rocky Mountain News he could play as soon as next weekend." Atkins said he expects to participate in Denvers next practice on Monday. If I dont play next weekend, I should be playing by that following Wednesday (the Nuggets play Memphis at home March 12), said Atkins. The Nuggets are rumored to be looking at Tyronn Lue, who was let go by Sacramento on Friday.
