Jamaal Magloire , who signed with the Mavs on Tuesday and practiced Wednesday, isn't expected to play tonight vs San Antonio, this according to Fort Worth Star-Telegram. "He had a decent practice for a guy coming in for the first time," Avery Johnson said. "Whether we put him on the active list or inactive to give him time to get into better shape, see how he fits in, we'll try to time it as best we can." Mags has little fantasy value even when he's healthy and dressed.

As expected, Jamaal Magloire signed a free-agent deal with the Mavs on Tuesday. It's hard to believe this guy was once an All-Star, because he's done absolutely nothing since -- exactly what you should expect from him as a reserve in Dallas.

Jamaal Magloire was waived by the Nets on Friday as the team needed to clear roster space after the Jason Kidd deal, according to the AP. Jamaal shouldn't have been on any roster even before this news as he hasn't even averaged 11 minutes a game this year in a supporting role.
