Boston's Darius Miles was suspended 10 games for violating the NBA's drug policy, but does not know how he tested positive for phentermin - common in diet pills - and he will not appeal, according to ESPN.com. The NBA on Friday suspended Boston Celtics forward Darius Miles for 10 games for a violation the leagues drug policy according to the AP. Miles violated the anti-drug program at the end of the 2007-08 season. The league said the violation involved phentermin, which is an appetite suppressant.
