According to The Sports Network, the Kings waived guard/forward Desmond Mason on Thursday.

The Sacramento Bee is reporting that Kings' forward Desmond Mason's roster spot may be in jeopardy after the team's signing of Ime Udoka on Wednesday. Mason is averaging only 3.3 points in four games this season.
