DeShawn Stevenson continues to carry a hot hand for the Wizards despite a troubling 92-122 loss to the Orlando Magic. Stevenson scored 17 points, five rebounds, four assists, and one steal. One more win would have given the Wiz five straight and got them back to .500, but the effort came up well short of a strong Orlando squad.

DeShawn Stevenson scored 33 points and made a fade-away 3-pointer at the buzzer to lead the Wizards to a 95-92 victory over the Hornets. Stevenson jacked up 21 shots, he made 10 including four 3-pointers, as the game-high scorer. Stevenson has been working on quite a streak of 10-straight games in double figures as a lot of the offense continues to flow his way with Caron Butler still on the sidelines.

DeShawn Stevenson scored a team-high 18 points though he missed the final shot in the Wizards 90-89 loss to the Cavs. Stevenson hit four 3-pointers on the night and didn't turn the ball over once in 41 minutes as he took on a much bigger role in the offense with Caron Butler on the sidelines.

DeShawn Stevenson is truly hurting according to the Washington Post. But given the team's other injuries, he continues to play through a knee injury. He's now started 218 straight games, which is the third longest streak in the NBA. Stevenson, Jamison and Blatche are the only Wiz who have played in every game this season. Coach Eddie Jordan told the Post that Stevenson is a warrior. "He is on one wheel and hopefully, we can get him out there (tonight against Golden State). He just likes to play. He's just built that way. He's built to get through pain I guess," the head coach said.
