Grizzlies acquire Livingston from Heat, then waive him Memphis, TN (Sports Network) - The Memphis Grizzlies acquired guard Shaun
Livingston and cash Wednesday from the Miami Heat in exchange for a 2012
conditional second-round draft choice.
Also Wednesday, Memphis waived Livingston.
Livingston, who was signed by Miami prior to the season, played in just four
games for the Heat this season, averaging 2.3 points and 1.0 assists. It was
the first he played since a gruesome knee injury sidelined him in

Updating a previous report, Shaun Livingston has not been released by the Heat, but rather traded to Memphis for a 2012 conditional draft pick and cash, according to the Miami Herald.
