Knowing a toe injury would hinder his All-Pro playing ability, offensive lineman Jonathan Ogden told the Baltimore Sun today that he will announce his retirement tomorrow, a long-awaited decision that ends the career of one of the NFL's great offensive linemen and a cornerstone of the Ravens franchise. "It took a little while to decide," said Ogden. "You just can't make a decision like this overnight."

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said on WBAL Radio yesterday that he expects offensive lineman Jonathan Ogden to decide by the end of the week whether to retire, according to the Baltimore Sun. "It's going to be interesting to see what he does," Harbaugh said.

Jonathan Ogden is expected to announce his retirement from the NFL in the coming week, according to the Baltimore Sun. Ogden has informed a few people around him that he is retiring, but is yet to tell head coach John Harbaugh. The Ravens aren't expecting him back regardless.
