The Chiefs may go with Damon Huard as the starting quarterback for Week 4 as coach Herman Edwards hinted at sitting Tyler Thigpen, according to the KC Star. Edwards said, "You weigh a lot of factors into this. You dont want to put Tyler in a bad position to where you crush him. Thats not good. You wrestle with that. We also need some calming on our team right now. Were looking for a spark."

Coach Herm Edwards said Damon Huard, who suffered a mild concussion in Week 2, was feeling better and would be able to practice on Wednesday, according to the AP. Edwards isn't sure if it will be Huard or Tyler Thigpen that will start in place of the injured Brodie Croyle this weekend, but he did know that he won't be rotating the quarterbacks. "What we're thinking about right now is just letting one guy play. Whoever we decide," Edwards said.
