Despite being in the game for just one series on Sunday, Steelers back-up quarterback Charlie Batch injured his wrist, and will be sidelined for six weeks after undergoing surgery, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that the backup quarterback position for the Steelers is Charlie Batch's to lose. The team has promising youngster Dennis Dixon in the fold, but they feel more comfortable with Batch as the backup to Big Ben.
