The Patriots have tweaked Randy Moss' contract, according to the Boston Globe. The Patriots took $1.5MM of what Moss was due to make in 2009 and guaranteed that figure by converting it into a bonus. The restucturing freed up around $750,000 on the 2009 salary cap, and will increase Moss's salary cap charge in 2010.
