According to the Houston Chronicle, the Texans signed kicker Kris Brown to a four-year contract extension. The deal is worth a reported $10 million with $2.5 million in guaranteed money.

The Texans beat the Browns Sunday, but kicker Kris Brown had a tough outing, according to the Houston Chronicle. His streak of 15 consecutive field goal conversions was snapped when an attempt was blocked by nose tackle Shaun Rogers. He also later missed wide-right on a 55-yard attempt.
