The Dolphins have been pleased with Ricky Williams through the off-season and the team felt like he was the best player on the field during their OTA sessions, according to the Miami Herald. New head coach Tony Sparano said, "I see the potential in him. I sure do. When I watch him, I see him being explosive in and out of the line of scrimmage. He's explosive with what he does in the second level and his ball skills when he catches the ball."

Ricky Williams continues to work hard and his work is impressing people within the Dolphins organization, according to the Miami Herald. ''Within his individual drills, I see the guy working hard to get better,'' HC Tony Sparano said. ``I think the guy shows up each day, and he has a purpose when he practices. He wants to get better at something each and every day.
