Torry Holt returned from his knee injury in Week 10 and caught four passes for 45 yards and a touchdown.

Although he's optimistic about his injured right knee, Torry Holt stopped short of saying he definitely would play Sunday against Seattle, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "My plan is play Sunday," Holt said. "I'm going to continue to monitor (the knee) day to day. I'll try to go out there and practice the way I'm going to play in the game and keep my fingers crossed."

The knee injury that kept Torry Holt from playing Sunday is more serious than the bruised knee that originally was announced, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "Actually, I've got a strain in my PCL," Holt said. "I have to rest that and continue to get rehab." It's not clear if he will be available for Week 8.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Torry Holt said yesterday that his bruised right knee is only "about 60 percent" healed. However, even though he is listed as questionable and hasn't practiced this week, he plans to play Monday. "I expect to play," he said. "All this time that I'm getting off is good. It's giving me an opportunity to heal up and rest. I feel like I'll be ready."

Torry Holt has missed the last four practices with lower back pain but insists the injury isn't significant, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "It's just some tightness, some stiffness," Holt explained. "It's kind of hindering me from running and using my explosion and my quickness coming out of my breaks and my route running. So I'm just going to take it easy and make sure the back calms down. Then, once I feel ready to go, I'll go." He is considered day-to-day.
