The Montreal Alouettes announced the signing of wide receiver Peter Warrick, according to the Montreal Gazette.

The Bengals gave Peter Warrick a tryout this week but decided not to sign him for now. Cincinnati has depth problems at receiver and may eventually need to bring on another target, though if Chris Henry can get his act together the Bengals would have arguably the best three wideouts in the league.

Peter Warrick had a tryout with the Lions earlier this week, the Seattle Times reports. No word yet on if the Lions are interested past the tryout; if they are, it would make more sense to sign Warrick next week, when his contract would not be guaranteed.

The Seahawks released Peter Warrick on Saturday, according to the AP. He spent most of the preseason on the back half of the team's receiving rotation and was replaced as the main punt returner in Seattle's last exhibition game.
