Carson Palmer, who missed 12 games last year with a partially torn ligament and tendon in his right elbow, admits that he still needs to improve his arm strength heading into the 2009 season, according to the Dayton Daily News.

According to the Dayton Daily News, Bengals' quarterback Carson Palmer is denying reports that wide receiver Chad Ochocinco is staying with him at his home while the two work out together this summer. "I just told him that unless he is picking up my mortgage for the months of July and August, he can't stay. He's not living for free. I don't need another kid around the house," Palmer said.

Carson Palmer feels 100 percent healthy following his recovery from an elbow ailment that spoiled his 2008 campaign, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. He expects to throw 150 passes per day during practice, which was his routine in the past.

Carson Palmer believes this has been the Bengals' best offseason program since joining the team as a rookie in 2003, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Palmer said, "Definitely by far it has been the best offseason program since I have been here. There have been no distractions. Everyone has been here to work, and that has been great for us. Everyone has been pushing each other, which is going to translate out onto the field."

Carson Palmer feels his elbow is 100 percent healthy, according to ESPN. He said, "I am 100 percent. I have been cleared. My elbow feels great and I just have to keep going and get the small mechanical things that I normally do this time of year."
