| April 19, 2007 DeShaun Foster recently had his contract restructured, helping the team free up $1 million in salary-cap space, the Charlotte Observer reports. He dropped his base salary from $4.25 million to $750,000 for next season, but he was paid a $1.5 million roster bonus April 9 and will get another $2 million guaranteed roster bonus. That $2 million bonus will be split between this year and next for cap purposes. |
