LaMont Jordan admitted on Thursday that his knee injury will keep him sidelined for the rest of the season, according to the Contra Costa Times. This doesn't come as a surprise, but there was thought to be a slim possibility that Jordan could return this year after it was learned that he wouldn't need surgery.

Look for a committee of backs (including Justin Fargas and ReShard Lee) to get work if Jordan can't go on game day, though the Raiders figure to struggle running the ball against Pittsburgh no matter who's getting the work.

Results weren't immediately known. "Hopefully we can get this thing right, and I'll be able to get out there (this) week," Jordan said. "I don't know. It's just one of those things that it's more so a maintenance thing."

On Wednesday, LaMont Jordan called out the Raiders offense, who have yet to score a touchdown this year, according to the Contra Costa Times. "Offensively, we've had three bye weeks," Jordan said. "We definitely haven't shown up to play football. I'm calling the offense out. I'll say it: We need to step up and play, every player -- offensive line, running backs, wide receivers, quarterback. We all need to step up and play the game the way it's supposed to be played." Jordan has averaged a measly 1.8 YPC in two games this year.
