It was the wind's fault. At least that's the reasoning Titans coach Jeff Fisher gave as to why tight end Alge Crumpler did not get the ball thrown his way more, according to the Tennessean. "The wind knocked the ball down that would have been a completion on a cross early in the ball game. Alge blocked very well and was into the game. His numbers will pick up," said Fisher.

Tight end Alge Crumpler has made a smooth transition from the Falcons to the Titans this offseason. His weight is down roughly 10-15 pounds and he's shown no ill effects from a knee injury that slowed him last season and limited his production, according to the Sporting News.

Alge Crumpler has shown up with his new team rededicated to the game of football, according to the Nashville City Paper. “My last couple of off-seasons had been kind of filled with rehab,” Crumpler said. “I had shoulder surgery three years ago. I had knee surgery the last couple of years, and I didn’t have anything this year. That time has allowed my body to kind of heal up. I feel good"
