He was an afterthought in the Rams' offense last season as he only caught 39 passes, but he is now grinning from ear to ear while under the direction of new offensive coordinator Al Saunders, whose playbook made Chiefs' tight end Tony Gonzalez a future Hall of Famer and produced a Pro Bowl tight end eight consecutive seasons (seven by Gonzalez and one by Chris Cooley of Washington).
