Given that Parker still hasn't scored a touchdown in 2006, he's a hard guy to trust at this time of the year.

Eric Parker missed some of Thursday's practice, though he's still expected to play Sunday night at Denver, the North County Times reports. He's battling a sore neck. One oddity about the Chargers passing game this year is that starting wideouts Parker and Keenan McCardell still don't have a touchdown catch, while the backup receivers have combined for five. Marty Schottenheimer still believes in rotating his receivers regularly, so Malcolm Floyd and Vincent Jackson get a fair amount of snaps every week.
