Willis McGahee arrived at the Ravens' OTA session on Wednesday and is participating, the Baltimore Sun reports. He skipped the prior OTA workouts.

Willis McGahee and Cam Cameron came awfully close to making out on Wednesday. The new Ravens offensive coordinator is aiming to place even more of the load on his running back's shoulders in 2008. "I'm looking forward to that challenge," McGahee tells NFL.com. "Actually, this is a year I'm really excited about. Out of all my years playing football, I'm (most) excited about this year." Cameron adds, "I'm excited about him, I can tell you that... I think he's just scratching the surface of what he can be, based on what I've seen."

Willis McGahee missed the morning workout on Saturday due to an undisclosed injury, the Baltimore Sun reports.

The Baltimore Ravens exercised a 2009 option bonus one-year early on Pro Bowl running back Willis McGahee, according to the Carroll County Times. The organization is obviously satisfied with the performance and work ethic of McGahee, who has rushed for over 1000-yards in three of the past four seasons.

As expected, Willis McGahee is inactive for the Ravens today. Mike Anderson is also sitting out, so Musa Smith is in line for the bulk of the workload.
