According to Rototimes.com sources, Justin Fargas re-signed with the Oakland Raiders to remain with the club that he rushed for 1009 yards for in 2007. Details of the contract have not yet been confirmed. Fargas started the year as a backup to LaMont Jordan, but around mid-season he established himself as the team's lead back. It was thought that his performance might have priced him out of the Raiders pay scale, but apparently the two sides were able to come to a financial agreement that satisfied both parties. This could spell the end to Jordan's tenure in Oakland.
