Justin Griffith will get snaps at tailback Saturday if the Falcons are missing Warrick Dunn or Jerious Norwood, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Both Dunn and Norwood are listed as questionable, and a decision on each back won't be known until Saturday afternoon at the earliest.

Fullback Justin Griffith ran well Sunday after filling in for injured tailbacks Warrick Dunn and Jerious Norwood, gaining 57 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. Griffith's TD run came from 21 yards out just after Dunn and Norwood left the game.

Fullback Justin Griffith will see his role expanded with the trade of T.J. Duckett, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "We have been using Justin as our single back when we go to three wide receivers," Falcons coach Jim Mora said. "That will be his role." Mora hasn't said if Griffith will pick up some goal-line carries as well.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Justin Griffith could pick up some short-yardage work for the Falcons now that T.J. Duckett has been traded. It's not clear if the Falcons will take Warrick Dunn out of the game near the goal line now that Duckett is gone.
