Negotiations between the Seahawks and Josh Brown, who was given the franchise tag this offseason, on a long-term deal are not progressing quickly, reports ESPN.com. If the two sides can't agree on anything, Brown will play under the one-year franchise tender he signed in May and earn more than $2 million. However, it is still expected that the two sides will reach a long-term accord before the season begins.
