Fullback Andrew Pinnock practiced on Tuesday for the first time since undergoing microfracture surgery on his left knee seven months ago, the team's official web site reports. "It was a big hurdle to me," Pinnock says. "I was able to put my pads on, get some reps, hit the bag and explode off. Coming out of my steps it felt good. I had a couple of passes where I really wanted to see where I was at as far as taking a flat route to my left and turning up on my left. I stuck my foot in the ground pretty hard a couple times and I didnt feel anything different, so that was a relief."
