Ben Troupe was scheduled to undergo surgery yesterday to repair the broken fifth metatarsal in his left foot, according to the Tennessean. He suffered the injury in practice Monday. "I'll wait until we hear from Dr. Anderson (who was to perform the surgery) before we're able to talk about the timetable," said coach Jeff Fisher.

Titans coach Jeff Fisher said yesterday that tests confirmed the left foot injury Ben Troupe sustained is more serious than first thought, but added that "his season is not in jeopardy," according to the Tennessean. Although Fisher declined to give specifics about the injury, it's believed Troupe broke a bone in his foot. He'll be examined further tomorrow.
