Devery Henderson has taken a lot of heat for leading the league with seven dropped passes this season. However, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that the Saints lead the league in 16 dropped passes. Reggie Bush has three drops, and tight end Eric Johnson has dropped three balls.

It's possible Devery Henderson will lose his starting spot after dropping a handful of passes in the loss to Carolina. Henderson has just eight catches for 146 yards in four games this year. Lance Moore has some sleeper value if Henderson does in fact start getting significantly less reps.

Devery Henderson was back in action for the Saints on Thursday. He had missed the previous two exhibition games due to a hamstring injury. That he was able to take part in the preseason finale should signal that he'll be ready for Week 1.

Devery Henderson will be forced to miss about two weeks because of the hamstring injury suffered in Friday's game, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Head coach Sean Payton told the paper there is a Grade 2 strain. While such a strain isn’t ideal, Henderson dodged a bullet because tests showed that he didn’t suffer a tear.

Devery Henderson had three catches for 52 yards before leaving with a leg injury during Friday’s preseason game against the Bills. According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, Henderson tweaked his hamstring while jumping for a ball in the end zone. The injury is not believed to be serious.

Devery Henderson has jumped out to a fast start in the race for the second starting wide receiver job, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. He is competing with Robert Meachem and Terrance Copper for the starting job opposite Marques Colston.
