A hip injury forced Cleo Lemon out of Sunday's game in the third quarter, according to the AP. Lemon was replaced by rookie John Beck.

Cleo Lemon will start at quarterback for the Dolphins in Week 17, the Miami Herald reports. Lemon is a free agent after the season and has no fantasy value.

Cam Cameron doesn’t want to rush into a decision regarding his starting quarterback in Week 15, so he’ll assess his options and announce his decision later in the week. “We’ll update you on Wednesday as to where we’ll be with the quarterback situation,” Cameron told the Miami Herald. The world waits with bated breath for Cameron to announce whether the in-over-his-head John Beck or the never-will-be Cleo Lemon will get the start against the Ravens this week. The fantasy implications of this decision are, quite simply, too vast and far-reaching to discuss in just this little paragraph.

Coach Cam Cameron told the Miami Herald he will spend a couple of days evaluating both Cleo Lemon and John Beck and will announce who his Week 11 starter is on Wednesday. "Our staff will go back through the tape again [Monday] and get a chance to reflect on it [Tuesday] and we'll know by Wednesday what direction we're going," Cameron said.

Cleo Lemon will remain the Dolphins starting quarterback when the Dolphins return from their bye in Week 10, coach Cam Cameron told the Associated Press on Monday. "We have two guys who don't have a lot of experience," Cameron said of Lemon and rookie John Beck. "We're going to need them both." A rather cryptic quote from coach Cameron there, but this ends speculation that the Beck Era would get underway in Miami this week. Frankly, this decision makes no sense, but fantasy owners have an easy decision in avoiding both players this week and for the remainder of the season.

Starting in place of the injured Trent Green, Cleo Lemon threw for 256 yards, two touchdowns and two picks on Sunday. He also added two scores on the ground, giving him an extremely productive fantasy day. We still can't consider Lemon much of a fantasy option, but this performance is noteworthy, nonetheless.
October 14, 2007
As expected, Cleo Lemon will start at quarterback for Miami with Trent Green inactive due to a concussion.
October 9, 2007
Cleo Lemon has been named the indefinite starter in place of Trent Green, who the Dolphins believe suffered a Grade 3 concussion on Sunday, according to the Miami Herald. Lemon stepped in and completed 15-of-27 passes for 151 yards and a pick in Week 5 after Green went down.
May 30, 2007
The Dolphins re-signed Cleo Lemon to a one-year contract Wednesday. Financial terms weren't disclosed. Lemon is currently listed as the backup to Daunte Culpepper, but the team is in ongoing talks with the Chiefs about Trent Green. However, if the Green trade doesn't happen and Culpepper should not be ready physically or is ineffective, it's conceivable Lemon could find himself in a starting role.

Cleo Lemon has been informed by Dolphins officials that he will compete for playing time next season, and the Dolphins have discussed a new contract with his agent, according to the Miami Herald. So long as Daunte Culpepper is healthy, he should be the front-runner to start next season, but only time will tell how Culpepper will look by training camp. Lemon is a restricted free agent.
