The Seahawks have $13.9 million of open cap space that’s burning a hole in their pocket, and Hill is in the final year of his rookie contract paying him $354,000 in 2008. From 2005-07, Hill has started 38 games on the strong side – compiling 245 tackles and 12.5 sacks.
