Ronnie Cruz underwent surgery on Monday for an unspecified knee injury and will miss the rest of the season, according to the Kansas City Star. Kris Wilson could play some snaps at fullback on Sunday against the Chargers, or the team may opt to sign a veteran fullback.

Ronnie Cruz injured his right knee during yesterday's game and needed to be carted off the field, according to the KC Star. Coach Herm Edwards said that Cruz was set to have X-rays taken of the injury. The Chiefs don't have another fullback listed on their roster.
