According to ProFootballTalk.com, Bears' quarterback Jay Cutler told the media at a youth football camp that he would like to play with Brandon Marshall again. "I think he can be one of the greatest to ever play. He's big and fast, and can do everything you want him to do, on the field and in the meeting room."

According to the Chicago Tribune, Bears' quarterback Jay Cutler is telling the media that he never sent a text message to Plaxico Burress last April to tell him to come to Chicago as reported. Cutler said he never sent the message and that he doesn't know Burress at all.

Chicagobears.com reports that Jay Cutler is getting a firm grasp of the Bears offense after five weeks of participating in Chicago's offseason program. Cutler says the offense is very similar to the one that was in place in Denver. Bears coaches have been very impressed with his football IQ, arm and athleticism to this point.

Bus Cook, the agent for Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, on Monday denied a report last week that his client didn't want to play for Browns head coach Eric Mangini, according to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. "That's not true," Cook said. "Jay doesn't even know Eric Mangini except for maybe when they met when he was coming out of Vanderbilt."

NFL.com reports that Broncos owner Pat Bowlen wrote a letter to the Denver post that blamed Jay Cutler for the fallout that led to his trade to the Bears.
