Ingle Martin has been waived by the Chiefs, according to ESPN. The team signed safety Oliver Celestin as the adjoining move.

The Chiefs have plucked quarterback Ingle Martin off of the Titans practice squad, the Tennessean reports. "It is kind of bitter sweet," Martin says. "It is unfortunate it didn’t work out here because I loved it in Nashville and loved my teammates and coaches."

Fifth-round draft pick Ingle Martin agreed to a deal with the Packers Thursday, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Specifics of the contract have not been made available. Martin will be the No. 3 QB for the Packers this year.
