Jeff Webb will be the third receiver for the Chiefs in Week 1 when they face the Patriots according to the Kansas City Star. Normally it would be rookie Will Franklin who is out with a bad knee. Dwayne Bowe and Devard Darling will be the starters.

Most people assume that Devard Darling will start at wide receiver for the Chiefs, but don't count Jeff Webb among them, according to the Kansas City Star. You have to believe in yourself, work hard and then take advantage of your opportunity. We only have one guaranteed starter, and thats (Dwayne) Bowe. After that, its all about who performs the best.
