Updating a previous report, Dolphins' beat writer Jeff Darlington is reporting that running back Patrick Cobbs will miss the entire season with an ACL tear.

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel is reporting that Dolphins' backup running back and special teams player Patrick Cobbs suffered what appears to be a serious knee on Monday night in the fourth quarter. Cobbs is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Tuesday to find out the extent of the damage.

Patrick Cobbs was one of the Dolphins most effective weapons on Sunday in their loss to the Ravens. He had four catches for 55 yards, and picked up another 55 yards on two kick returns. He had one yard on his only carry of the game.
