Calvin Johnson was not listed on Tuesday’s injury report despite his ongoing back problems. Offensive coordinator Mike Martz implied on Monday that Johnson’s involvement in the offense has been limited by the injury he suffered back in Week 3.

Calvin Johnson lived up to the hype in his first pro football game on Sunday. He looked terrific, catching four balls for 70 yards and a touchdown. Shaun McDonald actually led the Lions with six catches and 90 yards, and he also scored a touchdown. The Lions will keep airing it out all season, and Johnson is the rare type of rookie able to make the most of it.
