The Falcons team website is reporting that wide out Roddy White has been limited in recent Falcons practices in an effort to reduce the strain on a tweaked hamstring. "I feel good," White said Thursday, minutes after finishing six 100-yard trots to help his conditioning. "I think I can go out there and perform at a high level. I want to make the Pro Bowl and I think this is the year I can catch a lot of balls. They have me doing a lot of things in this offense." The offense has changed since the end of his breakout year, and White is currently being utilized in the Z position of Mike Mularkey's offense.

Roddy White was held out of practice on Monday because of a slight hamstring issue that popped up on Sunday, according to the Falcon's Official Website. "Roddy tweaked his hamstring," HC Mike Smith said. "It's just precautionary. We don't want to put ourselves in a position with a guy this time of year that may hurt himself more by going out there."

Roddy White rolled up 12 catches for 141 yards in Sunday's overtime loss at Arizona. Congrats if you saw this breakthrough coming - White's now at 78 catches for 1,140 yards despite the spotty quarterback play the Falcons have had this year.
