San Diego GM A.J. Smith remains high on the potential of WR Craig Davis, according to the North County Times. Davis, who started one game and played in 14 others during his rookie season, caught 20 balls for 188 yards and one score. He is a player to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues, but he has WRs Chris Chambers, Vincent Jackson and possibly even Eric Parker ahead of him on the depth chart.

Craig Davis did not practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. He is still expected to play on Sunday against the Vikings.

If things werent bad enough for the Chargers at 1-3, rookie wideout Craig Davis may miss Sundays game with a sprained ankle. Davis is listed as questionable on the injury report, and Chargers coach, Norv Turner said he would be a game-time decision.

Craig Davis did not practice on Wednesday, but he tells the San Diego Union-Tribune that he plans to play in Week 5. He has a strained ankle tendon and was wearing a boot on Monday.

Craig Davis has a strained ankle tendon and will be limited in practice this week, Norv Turner told the AP Monday. It's still likely that Davis will be able to play in Week 5.
