Brandon Jackson got the start for the Packers on Sunday, although he received just six carries on the day, picking up 22 yards. He did, however, receive a goal-line carry in the fourth quarter and punched it in. DeShawn had just two carries for nine yards, while Ryan Grant had three totes for 10 yards. It's apparent that the Packers haven't given up on Jackson just yet, and it's certainly encouraging that he got the look at the goal-line, but he still can't be considered a good fantasy option going forward.

With Vernand Morency sidelined with an injury, Jackson took all but one carry for the Packers but averaged only 2.7 yards on 15 attempts. He looked good at times but rarely had any decent holes. It would help Jackson's value if Morency stays out longer, so the rookie can get more action.

However, he’s not holding out, rather he’s being locked out because the NFLPA and the Management Council ruled that he is required to attend this weekend’s Premiere event (photo shoot, etc.) in Los Angeles. “I’m being held out against my will,” Jackson told ESPN.com. “I was told I either have to go home and do nothing or go to Los Angeles. They’re locking me out against my will.”
