Mason Crosby is aiming to improve in 2009, and set a goal to make 90 percent of his field goal attempts, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. He said, "I am excited about where I am at, and optimistic I can hit 90 percent. That ss what we are going for and that's very attainable. I feel confident in how I'm hitting the ball right now, and the operation we've got going here."

Mason Crosby commented on his missed field goal attempt from 52 yards with 26 seconds left in Sunday's 28-27 loss to Minnesota, according to the Star Tribune. He said, "The snap, the hold, the protection all seemed great. It was one of those I hit it well. It was unfortunate it moved right and didn't come back."
