Jaguars wide receiver Mike Walker has turned heads in training camp this year because he simply does not drop any passes, and with other Jaguars receivers suffering from injuries, Walker could be in line to start, according to ESPN.com.

The Jacksonville Jaguars brought an end to their spring practice season on Thursday with a short but spirited final session, and it was wide receiver Mike Walker who stole the show, again, according to Jaguars.com. Walker, who is battling back from knee surgery and a season on the injured reserve list, made a leaping, twisting catch along the sideline in a team passing drill. The catch caused a cheer from his teammates.

Mike Walker had a solid day of practice on Tuesday, and most notably made a pair of diving catches, according to Jaguars.com. He garnered praise from receivers' coach Todd Monken, who said, "He had a couple of nice catches. As he builds himself into shape, he’ll only get better. He caught the ball well, which I think he’ll always do."

Mike Walker has been medically cleared (following knee surgery), and has resumed practicing with the team during their OTA on Tuesday, according to Jaguars.com. He was reduced to zero receptions in his rookie campaign due to his knee injury, but is off to a good start in his sophomore campaign, as he made two eye-catching receptions, both on dives, on Tuesday.

Contrary to what Jacksonville Jaguars’ coach Jack Del Rio said a couple of weeks ago, wide receiver Mike Walker says he's doing just fine after missing his entire rookie season due to being placed on injured reserve because of a knee injury, according to USA Today. "I'm doing great, I'm feeling good," Walker told reporters on the Jaguars' first day of their offseason conditioning program. "I had a little cleanup, a little scope. It was nothing serious. We just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything different than what we thought was in there.” The offseason-conditioning program doesn’t include any on-field work, so we will monitor Walker’s progress as mini-camps approach.
