Kenton Keith has been waived by the Colts, according to the Indianapolis Star. Also waived were running back Chad Simpson, wide receivers Devin Aromashodu, Onrea Jones and Sam Giguere, defensive linemen Joe Bradley, Jeff Charleston, Dan Davis, Colin Ferrell and Ben Ishola, offensive linemen Tala Esera, Darren Marquez and Michael Toudouze, defensive backs Brannon Condren and Brandon Foster, tight end Tyrice Thompson and linebackers Victor Worsley and Kyle Shotwell.

Indianapolis running back Kenton Keith will only be charged with one count of criminal trespassing for refusing to leave a nightclub parking lot being cleared by police, according to ESPN. Keith will not face the charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on which he was arrested early Sunday, said Matthew Symons, a spokesman for the Marion County prosecutor's office.

Indianapolis Colts running back Kenton Keith was arrested early Sunday morning outside a nightclub on Indianapolis' west side, according to Indianapolis Channel 6 News. Police said Keith, 27, was arrested outside the Cloud 9 nightclub after 3 a.m. on preliminary charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
