Packers' offensive lineman Allen Barbre didn't do much at the team's walk-through on Wednesday, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Barbre will likely be listed as doubtful for Thursday's game against the Lions.

According to the team's official injury report, Packers' offensive tackle Allen Barbre is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the 49ers. Barbre missed practice on Friday with an ankle injury.

Packer's beat writer Tom Pelissero is reporting on his Twitter page that offensive tackle Allen Barbre will remain as the starter for the team's Week 2 match-up. Barbre was victimized by the Bears' Adewale Ogunleye in the season-opener on Sunday.

Allen Barbre appears to have the early edge on the starting right tackle job. "Allen's had a very positive camp," Head coach mike McCarthy tells the team's official web site. "You never try to get too excited too fast, because you don't want to create unrealistic expectations... We haven't put the pads on yet, but I really like what I see so far from Allen Barbre."
