Chiefs running back Kolby Smith (knee) and tight end Tony Gonzalez (ankle) practiced fully on Thursday, the team's official web site reports. Both players were limited on Wednesday.

Tony Gonzalez caught a three-yard TD pass in the first quarter against the Bengals on Sunday, giving him 63 career touchdown receptions, which surpasses Shannon Sharpe's mark for most career TD receptions by a tight end. Gonzalez also extended his streak of catching a pass in 104 consecutive games, which ranks second all-time to Ozzie Newsome (150).

Tony Gonzalez talked about his future on Wednesday and said he plans to play through the 2009 season. “Do I want to play five more years?” Gonzalez asks the Kansas City Star. “No. Or four more years? Probably not. Three more years, counting this year, is what I have my eye on at this point.” He signed a five-year contract extension in January.

Tony Gonzalez will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and while the Chiefs could tag him as their franchise player, he could leave, according to the KC Star. "It’s a possibility," he said. "Honestly, I don’t know at this point. I couldn’t tell you any which way, am I coming back or going out there as a free agent. I hope they don’t franchise me, and that means free-agency. If that comes, I’m gonna go out there and look around."
