Joe Flacco will be given a shot to start right away as a rookie, according to the Carroll County Times. He said, "I’m going to go out there and act like I am (going to start), just like everybody else should do. I want to go out there and play the way I’ve always played football, and expect myself to play. I want to prove to everybody that I can play. Obviously, at the end of camp we’re going to find out."
