Terry Glenn practiced for the second consecutive day Thursday and is expected to start against the Colts this weekend, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. Glenn missed last week's game because of cartilage irritation under the right kneecap. Glenn also knows the Bill Parcells unwritten rule on injuries - they're basically not allowed. Patrick Crayton's fantasy value takes a step back if Glenn returns to a full role.

He has chondromalacia, a roughening of the cartilage under his kneecap, and said he has trouble cutting. Glenn added that he likely will need another shot to numb the pain, as he did last week, if he's to play Sunday. Sam Hurd is expected to start if Glenn is unable to go.

Terry Glenn left practice early Friday after apparently aggravating his injured right knee, making him unlikely to play Sunday at Arizona, the AP reports. Sam Hurd is expected to start in Glenn's place, with Patrick Crayton also getting increased snaps.

Terry Glenn was unable to practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday due to a quadriceps injury, according to the AP. Glenn is still considered probable for Sunday’s game, but Dallas coach Bill Parcells said Glenn probably won’t play Sunday if he’s unable to practice with the team on Friday. If Glenn is unable to go it is expected that Sam Hurd replace Glenn opposite Terrell Owens rather than shift Crayton from his position as the No. 3 receiver.

It turns out the quadriceps injury through which Terry Glenn played yesterday was a bruise, according to the Star-Telegram. He received a pain-relieving shot prior to the game so that he could play, but he caught just three balls for 26 yards, though he did catch a touchdown.

Considered a game-time decision Sunday morning, Terry Glenn worked out on the field to test out his sore quadriceps. ESPN's Ed Werder reports that after the workout, Glenn gave him "the thumbs-ups sign, indicating" that Glenn will start today's contest. It looks like he's a go, but obviously not without some risk of aggravating the injury.
