Report: Ogden likely to announce retirement Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Jonathan
Ogden will reportedly announce his retirement in the near future.
According to the Baltimore Sun, Ogden has informed some people about his
plans, but has not yet told head coach John Harbaugh.
Ogden appeared in only 11 games last season, the fewest in his 12 NFL seasons.
An 11-time Pro Bowl selection, Ogden was the Ravens' first-round pick and the
fourth overall choice of the 1996 NFL Draft.... More...
Ben Coates has been elected to the Patriots' Hall of Fame, according to the Providence Journal. He is the 13th member of the team to be honored, and the first tight end. He said, "I feel great about it. I guess it was my time, and what better time to be inducted than the year the team is opening The Hall at Patriot Place."
At 33-years-old, Ray Lewis is not quite the same as he once was, the Ravens are nearing a deal to lock him up for two more years and let him finish his career as a Raven, reports the Sporting News.
