Marian Hossa explained why he chose to sign a 1-year deal with the Wings on Monday, according to the Detroit News. "It's the winning situation," Hossa explained. "That's the No. 1 thing -- I want to win. That's why I sign here. Basically, it's simple. I just tried to give myself the best chance to win a Cup. I feel this is the place I can win it...People can say whatever they want. It's my life. I made a decision I like."
