The winger was suspended for an elbow that knocked Buffalo's Nathan Paetsch unconscious. "It's been three games, a week," Laraque said. "It feels like it's been a long time. It's frustrating, but at least we won two games of the three." Laraque's 128 PIM is valuable in specific fantasy formats.

Georges Laraque has been dealt a three-game suspension, according to TSN.ca. Laraque belted out an elbow to the face of Buffalo's Nathan Paetsch on Wednesday night, which resulted in a stretcher coming out onto the ice. Paetsch was able to leave the ice on his own power and Buffalo coach Lindy Ruff commented that the hit was a cheap shot.
