Laraque belted out an elbow to the face of Buffalo's Nathan Paetsch on Wednesday night, which resulted in a stretcher coming out onto the ice. Paetsch was able to leave the ice on his own power and Buffalo coach Lindy Ruff commented that the hit was a cheap shot.
